• Options include selecting a mobile collector to come to their location or opting for a specific testing facility. 
• The service can then be scheduled based on availability.

2. Confirmation and Reservation

• Following service selection and scheduling, customers promptly receive a confirmation email or phone call within 1-2 hours. 
• This confirmation includes comprehensive details about the chosen service and a unique booking ID.

3. Service Day Reminder

• On the designated service day, customers receive a reminder containing service details.
• This reminder also includes the estimated arrival time of the mobile collector or instructions for those visiting the testing facility.

4. Collector Enroute Notification

• Customers receive a notification approximately 30 minutes before the mobile collector is expected to arrive at the designated location.
  

5. Collector Arrival Update

• Updates are sent to customers when the mobile collector has arrived at the location or upon reaching the testing facility.
  

6. Identification and Sample Collection   

• Customers present their donor pass and a valid identification document to either the mobile collector or the testing facility staff before the collection process begins.
  

7. Paperwork and Sample Shipping 

• Following the collection, customers receive necessary paperwork, including consent forms and chain of custody documents. 
• Samples are shipped on the same day if collected before a specific cutoff time (4 PM Mountain Standard Time).
  

8. Laboratory Processing and Results

•  Results for most tests are typically accessible within 24-72 hours. 
• For specific tests like hair drug tests (3-5 business days), oral fluid (3-5 business days), and breath and alcohol analysis (immediately available), customers are informed about extended processing times. 
• MRO services may require an additional day for processing.
  

9. Online Portal Access and Follow-Up
